This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms for payments and refunds for courses offered by newstrixly.

Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payments are processed securely in Australian dollars (AUD).

Course access will be granted only after successful payment confirmation.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Requests made within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• Technical issues preventing course access that cannot be resolved by our support team.
• Cancellation of courses by newstrixly due to unforeseen circumstances.

No refunds will be issued for partial course completion or after the 14-day period.

How to Request a Refund
